Our associates are trained to become partners, whether in our firm or in another firm.
Therefore the firm pursues a recruitment policy based on a rigorous selection of applicants.
The internship interviews consist in questions relating to tax matter, carried out in French and in English.
The firm hires primarily former interns.
The work as an associate is a task where autonomy and initiative are encouraged. There is no hierarchy between associates. Associates work indifferently with all partners.
After at least a year as an associate, associates are offered the opportunity to work for a two-month period in a foreign partner law firm (e.g. in New-York, Hong-Kong and London).
