Grégoire Caulliez is a partner specialized in international taxation and transfer pricing.
He assists his clients with the design, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies, as well as with the tax treatment of international flows and issues related to permanent establishments and employee mobility.
His practice also covers assistance with tax audits and relations with the competent authorities in the context of requests for mutual agreement procedures (MAP) and for advanced pricing arrangements (APA).
He also developed an expertise in economic analyses for the valuation of transfers of assets and business restructuring, and carries out benchmarking studies, notably on royalties and interest rates for intra-group financing.
Academic and professional background
Grégoire is a graduate of HEC (2004) and of the post-graduate in international tax of Paris-II Assas (DESS de Fiscalité Internationale – 2004).
He is a member of IFA.
Prior to joining Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin, Grégoire worked for CMS Francis Lefebvre, PwC Société d'Avocats and Baker McKenzie. Over the past five years, he has developed an independent practice, working regularly with clients ranging from major international business groups (including several CAC 40 members) to SMEs and start-ups.
He regularly interacts with transfer pricing specialists located in several jurisdictions, with whom he collaborates on joint projects.
