Hélène de Bollardière is a French tax lawyer focusing mostly on wealth tax issues for French and international private clients.

Hélène de Bollardière is specialized in estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals both in an international and French context.

She assists top managers, entrepreneurs, family groups and families on all matters affecting the structuring, effective management, and transfer of their personal and business assets.

She frequently advises private clients on estate and matrimonial planning issues, particularly in a cross-border context, and has developed an expertise in processing complex international successions (tax issues and coordination work on the civil issues).

She assists residents and non-French residents in their change of residence as well as in tax and legal issues regarding trusts. She also assists private clients in the sale and purchase of real estate in France.

Academic and professional background

Hélène graduated from the University of Paris I La Sorbonne (Master Degree in Tax and Business Law in partnership with HEC – 2013) and from the University of Paris Dauphine (Master Degree of Law and Management, 2012).

She is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF), International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Association Elle & Droit and Fédération Nationale du Droit du Patrimoine (FNDP).

She lectured on the module “Personal and wealth tax” in the Master Degree “Juriste Fiscaliste” at the University Paris Descartes and she was speaker in EFE conferences or others law events.

Prior to joining the firm Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin, Hélène worked within the lawfirm Franklin and Yards (ex Barré & Associés), where she developed her wealth management practice.
